Day 02: Munnar
After breakfast, move to Munnar. On the route visit one of the most enchanting Waterfalls in Kerala-Cheeyappara Waterfalls on the Kochi-Madhurai Highway (NH 49). After reaching Munnar have a freshup and then let’s go to Blossom Hydel Park-just 3 kms away from Munnar Town.Best place for nature lovers- a colorful park with rich beautiful flowers and greenery. It offers adventure trails, boating, nature walks, bird watching with facilities for cycling, roller skating, badminton as well.
Return back to the hotel / resort.
Day 03: Munnar
After breakfast have a ride to Eravikulam National Park (Rajamalai) – a magnificent view of rare species of Nilgiri Tahr, or visit Rajamala Wildlife Sanctuary which is also a part of Eravikulam National Park. After Lunch, proceed to Mattupetty Dam, Kunadala Lake and Eco Point,to have a beautiful view of Munnar and experience it with boating. Evening visit to the Lakkam Waterfalls, one of the most preferred destinations chosen by the tourists.
Back to hotel / resort.
Day 04: Thekkady
After breakfast proceed to Thekkady. After reaching Thekkady, drive to Spice Garden to experience an aroma of different spices and you will know why it is known to be the spice capital. After having a small ride around the Plantations and having your lunch, move to the Elephant Junction to have an Elephant Safari and feel the royal journey. After Lunch, will relax by having a boating session which is one of the main activities for the tourists. If lucky enough, one can see animals with their groups which will give each traveller a thrilling experience. If still time permits you can have some shopping from the local stalls.
Return to hotel / homestay.
Day 05: Thekkady
After reaching, check-in to the hotel, relax a bit. Proceed to step-out for exploring the beauty of Thekkady. Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, one of the main attractions in Thekkady and the 1st destination to visit, notable as an Elephant and Tiger Reserve. A visual treat for the eyes to watch multitude of life forms all around. Enjoy the Trekking activities, Jungle patrol, Bamboo rafting, Jungle camp, Jungle inn, border hiking etc. Have your lunch then proceed to Periyar Lake for having a boating session and enjoying the beauty.
After the tiresome day, Back to hotel.
Day 06: Thekkady/ Cochin
Have your breakfast, drop to Cochin Railway Station / Airport.
